thrust. is available worldwide to users aged 18 and older, subject to the restricted jurisdictions listed below. We operate as a skill-gaming platform under the Predominance and Material Element legal tests — all contest outcomes are determined by player skill, not chance.

Available worldwide

Users outside the United States are served under our offshore Curaçao-NV operating posture. OFAC sanctions enforcement is handled at the custodial boundary (CoinsPaid AML screening), not at the application layer.

Users within the United States are served as participants in paid-entry skill contests, except for residents of the restricted states listed below.

The following 11 US states and territories are hard-blocked from accessing paid contests on thrust. due to state-level skill-gaming restrictions:

Users in these jurisdictions may still access the platform’s free practice mode but cannot enter paid tournaments, deposit funds, or withdraw winnings.

VPN + proxy enforcement

Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service (§1). We maintain a consumer-VPN ASN overlay blocklist and perform IP-region verification at sign-in and at every tournament entry.

This availability list reflects our enforcement posture as of the date shown above. We may add or remove jurisdictions based on regulatory developments. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
